TrueHOA Launches “100,000 Doors” Offering HOAs One Year of Verified Governance® at No Cost

Self-funded initiative gives 100,000 households free access to independently verifiable HOA elections, board votes and community decisions

Miami, FL, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TrueHOA, Inc. today announced 100,000 Doors, a self-funded initiative offering one year of its Verified Governance® online voting platform to homeowner associations (HOAs) at no charge. 

The program prioritizes communities that have experienced contested elections, disputed vote counts, election-related litigation, or a breakdown in trust, with particular emphasis on self-managed and volunteer-run associations.

HOA election disputes can lead to costly legal battles that ultimately fall on homeowners. More than 78 million Americans live in HOA-governed communities representing approximately $13 trillion in residential property value, yet many of the decisions governing those communities still depend on election systems that cannot independently prove their own results. A published TrueHOA analysis estimates that HOA-related litigation and governance disputes cost Americans $5 billion to $10 billion annually. TrueHOA aims to make these disputes a thing of the past by bringing independently verifiable proof and transparency to community governance.

Independently Verifiable Records: Election terms lock before voting begins. When voting closes, the record is sealed and cryptographic proofs are anchored to a public blockchain, creating a tamper-evident audit record while individual ballots remain private. The community sees the vote without seeing how individuals voted.

Works Alongside Existing Systems: Associations do not need to replace their existing management software, management company or appointed election inspector. 

Homeowners Can Nominate Their Own HOA: Participation does not have to originate with a management company or board. Residents can nominate their association directly and invite neighbors to endorse the effort.

Any community may apply through December 31, 2026, or until the 100,000-door allocation is reached, with priority given to self-managed and volunteer-run communities and associations that have experienced election disputes, contested results or breakdowns in trust.
